FAQs

  • Recurring payments occur on the date of sign-up. For example, if you sign-up on the 9th of the month then you’ll be charged every 9th of the month.

  • To change your membership status you must notify us by email at info@heyenhoops.com atleast 7 days before your monthly renewal date. Otherwise, membership will be charged as is for the following month.

  • Any unused sessions DO NOT rollover to the next month. Sessions can be used in any combination during the month. They don’t need to be used in any specific way. Heyen Hoops will make exceptions in cases that we can’t fulfill our duties for any reason!

  • You’ll be given a password when you sign-up. Use this password at heyenhoops.com/app

    The password to access the system will be reset each month as members may change!
